🌟 Leadership Team

Our leadership team provides strategic direction, vision, and oversight to ensure the organization operates with integrity and effectiveness.

• Founder & Executive Director:
      MR. VINCENT OWINO
      Leads the vision, mission, and strategic partnerships of Jamifocus, while      overseeing the welfare of the organization and its sustainability.
• Chief Executive Officer (CEO):
      Oversees daily operations, supervises departments, and ensures that the      organization delivers on its goals and objectives.
• Branch Managers
      Coordinates all activities in the and manages staff, agents, and program      implementation locally.
• Head of Marketing & Communications:
      In charge of branding, public relations, community engagement, and digital      presence.

👨‍💼 Departments & Key Officers

• Human Resources (HR):
      Recruits, trains, and supports the well-being and development of our      growing staff and field agents.
• Finance & Accounting:
      Ensures responsible use of resources, prepares budgets and financial      statements, and manages donor/partner funds.
• Programs & Projects Coordinators:
      Plan, execute, and monitor our core programs — Education Support, Economic      Empowerment, Funeral Cover, and Social Welfare.
• ICT & Digital Systems Officers:
      Handle the organization's IT systems, data management, and client      platforms to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Customer Service & Communications Officers:
      Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and build positive relationships      with clients, donors, and partners.

🚀 Field Agents

Our Field Agents are the engine that drives grassroots impact. Operating across towns and villages, they:

• Register and onboard new clients and members.
• Offer financial education and explain program benefits.
• Collect client feedback and report community needs.
• Are paid on commission, ensuring motivation and      performance-based rewards.

💙 Volunteers & Interns

We also work with a network of passionate volunteers and interns who assist with events, community outreach, data collection, and administration.
